April 7, 2025 The toilet walls are now fully complete, and below are some pictures to showcase the progress made. It is important to note that the walls require a drying period of approximately 2 to 3 days.
This drying time is crucial as it ensures that the materials used in the construction have settled properly before we move on to the next phases of the project, which include plastering and roofing.
As the work on the toilets is set to resume, and I am pleased to report that the walls have dried sufficiently to begin the plastering process. The plastering will provide a smooth finish and enhance the overall aesthetic of the walls, making them ready for the final touches.
Additionally, I would like to highlight that the iron sheet roofing has been completed successfully, providing a solid top structure that will protect the interior from the elements. More pictures and a video showcasing the current state of the project is provided below, allowing you to see the transformation firsthand and appreciate the craftsmanship involved in this renovation.

Also note that tree clearing was necessary for the commencement of the fence project, which is a crucial step in enhancing the security and safety of the school premises. The initial phase involved the careful removal of several trees that were located along the perimeter where the new fence will be installed. This process was essential not only to create a clear path for construction but also to ensure that the fence can be erected without any obstructions that could compromise its integrity or effectiveness. The fencing of the school has just begun, marking an important milestone in this project aimed at providing a safer environment for students and staff alike.
The construction team traveld from the capitol city and has been diligently working to set up the framework for the fence, ensuring that it meets all safety standards and regulations. As part of this ongoing project, the gate is currently being erected at the end of this update, which will serve as a secure entry and exit point for the school community. More pictures and videos will be shared in the upcoming updates, allowing everyone to follow the progress of the project closely and witness the transformation of the school’s perimeter into a secure and welcoming space.
